Preschool Application (2026-27 School Year)

To APPLY for our preschool your child must turn 3 years old on or before September 1, 2026. Preschool is only being offered on the campus of Alta Vista Elementary School located at 815 Knob Hill.  

 

To apply, please fill out the online application via Informed K12. The application will be accessible beginning on January 12th at 8:00 a.m. through January 30th at 4:00 p.m. If our applications exceed capacity we will hold a lottery on Friday, February 6, 2026 and you will be notified if you are selected into our program or if you are placed on our waitlist.

Note: Requesting a preschool space in the program does not guarantee acceptance by the Redondo Beach Unified School District Child Development Center. Please keep your student enrolled at his/her current program.
