Tuition and Fees

Tuition is due whether your child attends or not and is to be paid by the 1st calendar day of every month for preschool and the 15th of each month for school age.  Our school age programs are happy to offer both a School year and  Full year option to allow our families some flexibility.  Both options have equal payments each month and have taken into account the cost of school days, non-school days, closed days, and vacation days.

 

The Fee schedules below are sorted by program. The "School Age Fee Schedule" contains transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and after-school programs for grades first through fifth.

Processing Fee:

There is a $150.00 non-refundable processing fee per child payable when enrollment forms are completed and turned in. There is no refund of this processing fee if you decide not to enroll your child in CDC.

Payment Options:

Online Payments (New for 2026–27)

Beginning in August 2026, families may choose to make tuition payments electronically through the ARUX software/enrollment platform. Once your ARUX account is created and enrollment is completed, you will be able to:

  • Make one-time online payments
  • Set up recurring payments
  • View payment history and account information, including your yearly tax information

Please note that online payments do include processing fees. These fees are determined by the payment provider and are not set by CDC.

 

Pay by Check (No Processing Fees)

Families who prefer to avoid processing fees may continue to submit payment by:

  • Personal check, Money order, or Cashier’s check made payable to the specific CDC site your child attends.
  • Setting up automatic bill pay through your bank. Your bank will mail a check directly to the CDC office.

Important Reminders

  • Please include your child’s name in the memo section of your check so we can properly apply the payment to your account.
  • Make checks payable to the specific CDC site your child is enrolled in.
  • We do not accept cash payments.
