My name is Rosio Palacios and I am a first grade CDC teacher. I have 16+ years of enjoyed experience teaching in the early education field and I am so excited to be part of such a great school. I was born and raised here in Los Angeles and I am bilingual, both my parents are from Mexico so my native language is Spanish. I studied Early Child Education at El Camino College in Torrance, CA.  I currently hold my Child Development Teacher Permit from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.  Although I am new with RBUSD as staff, I have been part of the RBUSD Washington Child Development program family for 5 years as a parent.  I have a daughter who is currently in the Washington Elementary Dual Immersion program.  I look forward to meeting you and working with your child.  I also hope they will enjoy our time together as we create a fun, learning and safe environment together.
