My name is Julie Cocking and I am a TK/Kindergarten teacher at Tulita CDC. I have worked at Tulita CDC for over 17 years and it’s become my second home. I started subbing with the Redondo Beach Unified School District as an instructional assistant in 1998 right after I finished high school. I then became a permanent instructional assistant working with preschool through 3rd grade. In 2013 I was given the opportunity to become the CDC kindergarten teacher, where I have been for the past 5 years watching children grow and develop. I have my BA in Early Childhood Education and I’m currently looking into going back to school to accomplish more goals for my future. I also hold my California Teacher’s permit. I’m married to my wonderful husband of ten years and together we have 2 sons. Both of my boys keep me very busy, but we happily enjoy every day to its fullest. My family and I enjoy the beach, going to parks and riding bikes together. I love working at Tulita CDC because the children and their families are great as well as the staff. I have always enjoyed being around children and teaching them as they learn and grow. They bring joy into my life and I feel they always know how to make me laugh and put a smile on my face.
Hello my name is Zosima Ubod better known as Ms. Zosie. I began working with the Redondo Beach Unified School District in 2015 and I have worked with all age groups starting from preschool to high school students throughout my time working in RBSUD. I have my found passion working with the TK and Kindergarten students. I am a very caring, loving, energetic, and understanding person. I enjoy working at Tulita CDC, as we all have become close like a family.
