Room 26 - Ms. Molly Danahy and Mrs. Trina Lee
My name is Molly Danahy. I am fortunate to be a CDC teacher for 2nd and 3rd grades. Before earning my California Child Development Teacher Permit in 2017, I earned my California Substitute Teaching Permit. I have been substitute teaching since 2009.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing flute in a community band. I look forward to working with your children on their class studies, as well as learn about practical tasks and cultural experiences that may be outside of their curriculum study during the school day.
Fun facts about Mrs. Lee:
I have over 20 years of experience in Child Development, and have taken classes pertaining to the field at El Camino College, and Los Angeles Harbor College. I have been with RBUSD Child Development Center for a total of 10 years, and have also substituted at the elementary schools as an Aide.
I have experience as a CDC teacher at Alta Vista, Tulita, and Jefferson. I will be working to renew my Teacher Associate this Spring for CDC, and hope to substitute in the future again.
In my spare time I enjoy walking the family dog Trigger, baking, and traveling with my family. My favorite colors are green, champagne, and navy blue. I am also a fan of Harry Potter, Maroon 5, and love to learn about historical sites in our country and other places abroad. I enjoy working with the staff here at WCDC, and am looking forward to what the future holds.
